I built a front-end JavaScript TicTacToe application (including game-logic) that connects to a third-party Rails API via AJAX. The application employs token authentication to allow users to register and signin. Users can also save and retrieve game-play statistics via CRUD requests. Includes custom logo design.

catSnack is a pet-food preference tracker for pet owners. Keeping tabs on the type of food a pet prefers is difficult especially if pet preferences change over time. Pet food purchases are usually made in bulk quantities meaning that accidentally buying the wrong type of food for a picky pet means wasted time, money and an unhappy critter. I built a full stack application (custom JavaScript frontend and custom Rails API) full CRUD and token authentication. Users can insert and retrieve data from a postgreSQL database. I implemented 2 levels of a 1-to-many relationship. The application consumes a 3rd party API and includes custom logo design.

Team Project: We created an Mongodb/Express based API and custom JavaScript client to allow a user to create an inventory, populate it with items selected from the warehouse collection, and track quantity on-hand and quantity needed. The app only allows signed in users to view the manufacturer's collection. In addition, each user can only access and edit the resources they create. I acted as Scrum-master throughout the project and used both Trello and Jira for project management.

GLUG is a wine preference tracker. GLUG is a SPA built on the MERN stack utilizing MongoDB, Express and Node.js on the backend and ReactJS and React Router on the front end. GLUG employs token authentication and CRUD functionality. GLUG also utilizes Cloudinary's React SDK to allow a user to upload an image of a wine label (or anything wine-related for that matter!) and store that image in a personal gallery as a visual supplement to the text-based preference notes. GLUG showcases custom logo design.
